General FAQ

Q: When will you restock?
A: Restocks depend on my production schedule and can vary. As most items are handmade production is really dependent on my personal work/life/travel. All restocks will be announced on my social medias at least a week before items will be available!


Q: Will you be vending at 'XYZ' event?
In person events vary depending on season and update schedule. All events I am planning to be at will be announced on my twitter and Instagram. I usually prioritize events in Southern California but if you want to see me at an event near you please reach out to the organizers and we'll see what happens!


Q: Do you make custom orders?
A: Yes!
I offer Custom slots for both Nachimbong Inserts during most updates. These slots are VERY limited and first come first serve. All slots must be purchased on the main website during update before any design consultation takes place.

these submissions are designs I will take on around normal production when I have the time/inspiration. Submitting a design does not guarantee that it will be made as I choose these designs based on personal preference and inspiration (if I think it'll be fun to make it will be more likely to be chosen) 


Q: Will you restock a specific design of insert?
A: Currently most of the inserts I make are one of a kind and will not be remade or restocked. The exception to this is “made to order” and *Limited Stock* designs. These are set designs that I make a small stock of and offer slots for these styles.


Q: What are your Prices?
A: All of my prices are set in USD. Prices will vary by item and design but in general:
Compass Inserts: $35-55 USD
Photocard Shakers: $26-32 USD
Keychains: $8-15 USD
Charms: $4.50 USD
Stickers: $2-4 USD

Q: Will you hold an item for me?
A: Unfortunately No, Due to the limited quatity and High demand of my handmade items, all of my items are first come first serve I do not do any holds or private sales of items. I want the sale of my items to be as fair as possible for everyone.


Q: I had an item in my cart but it sold out before I could finish the purchse, why didn't it reserve it?
A: Unfortunately there is no ecommerce site available that can offer cart security. If there are multiple people interested in the same item it just comes down to who is able to check out the fastest. Items are limited and sell out quickly.


Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: For In Stock items As long as your order has not been shipped out yet I will cancel your order and your purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.
For Custom items I can cancel your order for a full refund BEFORE the design/mockup phase. If you want to cancel your order after the design phase then you will be partially refunded for your purchase minus my Design Fee of $12 USD. Once your custom design has been confirmed and put into production I am no longer able to cancel your order.


Q: How do you make your items?
A: Im not comfortable going too into detail about my production process. I make all of my molds for inserts, charms, keychains, and earrings myself. Any molds that I buy are from other small creators. Any large quantity goods I use various larger manufactures for but all designs are created by me.

Shipping FAQ

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Please read the rest of this section for more specific answers about pricing, timing, and restrictions for international orders!


Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping price varies based on the service selected at checkout.
For US Domestic packages
First Class Mail: $5.50 USD
Priority Mail: $9.50 USD
For International packages
Rates start at $16 USD and increase based on weight


Q: Can you combine shipping from multiple orders?
A: Yes!
if you placed multiple orders or want to split shipping with a friend, Email or DM me with the Names and Order Numbers of the orders you would like combined. I will refund the extra shipping costs back to the original form of purchase


Q: Can I change my shipping type?
A: As long as a shipping label has not already been created for the order I am happy to change your shipping method! Please just send me an email or dm with your Name and Order number and the shipping option you would like instead. Any price difference will be requested via paypal/venmo OR will be refunded to the original form of payment.


Q: How long is my order going to take to get to me?
A: Shipping times will vary based on the service chosen at checkout.
First Class Mail: 5-7 business days
Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
International Mail: 14-30 business days

Shipping and Processing times are Seperate times. My usual processing times for in stock items are 5-10 business days after the order is placed
Custom processing times are 14-30 business days after the design proof is approved.


Q: My package stil hasn't arrived whats going on?
A: You will recieve a tracking number once I package your order, please check this number for updates on the location of your package. If the tracking number hasnt moved/updated in a couple days contact your local post office for more in depth location and tracking information.


Q: Do you have any cheaper shipping options for stickers?
A: I am more than happy to send stickers via stamped mail. Please send me an Email or DM with your Name and Order Number and I will refund the extra shipping back to the original form of purchase. Stamped mail does NOT include tracking

International Shipping


The purchaser is responsible for any and all Customs/Duty fees and taxes applicable to thier order

I use USPS to ship all of my orders for the most up to date list of restricted areas please check on their official website linked below

Due to recently changed policies I am unable to process or ship orders to Europe I apologize for the inconvinience.

Disclaimers

All of my items are limited quantity, and all sales are first come first serve. I am unable to do any holds or offer cart security.

Once a package has been dropped off at the post office I am no longer responsible for any damage, or lost/stolen packages. Please check that your address is correct when placing your order I will not be held responsible for any misdelieveries due to incorrect addresses.

If there are any issues with your order please contact me with your Name, Order Number, Breif description and any photos/video of the issues. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis at my discression.Due to the nature of resin there may be small imperfections to your items including but not limited to: Micro Bubbles, uneven surface, color bleed. I do my best to minimize these issues but some may persist and minor issues will not be considered the basis for refund/return.
